My musing

Something to ponder…….

We live on an island. We were born or moved here. We do not own even a percentage of it unless we are farmers, corporations or the rich. (Usually they are the same).
We have no freedom, cctv covers more of the UK than not, yet it rarely catches criminal behaviour against us, why? Doesn’t really make sense.
Everything we write or even say likely is monitored in some way. We use certain key words and it sets wheels in motion, not only online but possibly through our phones and even smart tv’s.
We are taught to blame those different to ourselves, to become bullies towards the vulnerable, to hate through colour, religion, ability, sexuality or even the way we dress.
We are lied to constantly, despite being brought up to value a truth we never receive.
We are told we live in democracy but wouldn’t that mean we were given the information we need to make a truly ‘informed decision’ rather than being fed loaded propaganda full of untruth and distraction. Does a political party owned company counting our votes provide democracy? Is it democratic to ensure the poorest in society cannot vote?
When we as a populace become disgruntled we are threatened by our own government, if we are disabled we are reported by those employed to protect us then sanctioned by a department that should ensure our financial safety.
We have a system that attempts to cull the vulnerable and sick by removing their ability to feed themselves and dependents, to heat their homes and often retain a roof over their heads.
We have lawmakers that introduce laws for them to profiteer from but remove legislation our forebears fought and died to put in place to ensure our freedom and rights to life.
We live in a small group of nations that form the UK with historical borders only now printed upon maps, with their own customs and practice being eroded. These countries that make up the UK are governed and controlled by the same people despite what the residents believe.
Most of those politicians across all parties seem to be bribed, bought out and rewarded by those with the money and power to do so. They seem to accept holidays, cars, property and other gifts not only from the rich within our borders but wealthy individuals and governments abroad.
When they are caught out suddenly there will be a chemical attack in the home counties, a terrorist bomb in a city, a drone attack upon an airport, a bus ramming in a town or an invasion of one of our ‘protectorates’. Something for us to fucus our anger on, to ensure we forget their wrongdoing.
We have a society of mistrust not because we are born to be suspicious of other cultures, beliefs or ways of life but because we are indoctrinated to do so throughout our lives. We are brought up to be gullible, aggressive against each other and only loyal to those with more than ourselves.
We live in our insular world where it is more shocking to call someone a name than to kill off huge swathes of our society with cruel policies or murder millions abroad to profiteer from the weapons we sell to tyrannical regimes, or even use our own forces to attack with.
We have a country that declares organisations terrorists in one breath and allies in the next.
In the UK we have a corrupt, cruel and vile government. We have the most dishonest politicians in the world. What is worse we sadly accept it, we see so many still defending these horrific excuses for leaders. They are allowed by us, our consent to continue their rape of our society. Yet we will still gladly sit in a pub and blame someone else for their actions.
We outnumber these vile creatures, they should be scared of our responses, but they no longer are, they do not even hide their corruption. They know we now are the goldfish of the world, we have our three minute memory and only get angry at those we are told to be angry at.
How will history remember u? A country of lemmings?

My story

Please read all of this.

Well some of you that watched i Daniel Blake for the first time last night may be thinking it cannot be that bad. Let me tell you though reality for many is far worse.
The film concentrates on how they put hurdles for him getting money to live on. It showed his desperation at an uncaring system. It told the truth. However, the film can only go so far.
For those of us with illness or disability, if we win the fight to get benefits, which means almost automatically having to ask for a statutory reconsideration after our initial claim has been refused for no apparent reason beyond what the DWP worker had for breakfast. Then having to put up with either being called in for a medical assessment, at a centre miles away, with no adequate parking, or maybe a home visit if you are lucky usually with someone with no clear qualification, a person who is master at making you feel listened to, and that they have empathy for you, but because of the way they achieve pay and bonuses will not only stab you in the back but blatantly lie on their report.
You are observed from the moment you get out of the car until you get back in the car. If you have anxiety you will be put in a waiting room full of people. If you use a chair or crutches your appointment will be on first floor or above. If no lift you will be told you have to get up stairs. If a lift and you use it you are seen as admitting you are able to get down the stairs in case of fire. Yes this sounds ridiculous but sadly true.
Then after your claim is again rejected because of lies and tricks you have to go to tribunal. By this time many have dropped their claims or killed themselves.
Tribunal is not pleasant with three people judging you. One a magistrate or judge, another a health official and another form social care possibly. (Was in my case).
They ask you demeaning questions and you feel like you are defending your honesty and even your life, which you are.
I was lucky and won the tribunal.
Then it gets worse. For because of Tories imposing cuts, because of tv like twat Kyle and Benefits Britain your friends, family and neighbours believe they have the right to judge you.
Many so called friends distance from you and soon begin to openly call you with their judgements. If you have a good day you either feel too paranoid at being watched to go out and live or are threatened with being reported (often actually reported).
You cannot live beyond day to day not only because of illness but because you are constantly under threat of sanction. All your choices and decisions as to any future path you are able and want to take are stripped from you. You panic that your money will stop at any time with no explanation or warning.
Every knock at the door, every letter causes you not only stress but real fear. Anxiety, a very real and horrible condition On its own creeps in as a secondary condition, more as a result of the fear of the state than the circumstance of your illness.
You fear checking your bank account because by now you have no savings and outgoings are often more than income.
Then you get a form through the post to fill in going over your illnesses. You are scared to death of it. Again suicide becomes a viable option, but with help you fill it in.
You then hear nothing for months but out of the blue receive this text;

This is a message from Independent Assessment Services. We have appointments available in your area over the next 7 days in an assessment centre, please call us on 0800 188 4880 if you are available. Kind Regards, Independent Assessment Services.

You have had no other notification of assessment. Now you feel terror, frustration and yes anger. My response was shaking with a fury I have never felt and wanting to petrol bomb their offices, to stab any assessor in their neck! I am not violent but at that moment, given all they have done I truly believe if had been fit enough I would have done it. Luckily I am not fit and once rationality took over I calmed down.
I am now awaiting assessment (with no intent to harm the assessor). Every day between now and the date I wake up wanting to die. I go to bed wanting to die. I take meds and wish with all my being that I had that choice. Insulin in hand every day!
I feel I cannot leave my home, i cannot invest in my home or even my future. I am tetchy with people, pushing away many that care (partly for fear of their pain if I do take a hand in my own destiny).
I do not sleep properly but then too much. I shake uncontrollably without warning. I either don’t eat or eat too much. I forget so much from appointments to turning the cooker off.
This is my life. Without this current stress my bad days are existing and my life is a limbo, but now it feels far worse, when I can feel.
If i meet with friends I feel unable to join in conversation or babble utter crap.
I know if this assessor lies I have the whole fight all over again. Sadly if that is the case I will not survive. I will not be here.
That is my ‘I Daniel Blake’ and I am one of the lucky ones.

Foolish generation

Ok so no reporting on government corruption, no discussion how a service the Tories sold off for a pittance now provides worse service and higher fares whilst its share holders (mainly conservatives I guess) make billions in profits.

Do folk not get that privatisation is a huge con. That selling public services off does not benefit us at all. Does not create competition, but promotes monopolies. Huge mega companies all interwoven with the same folk on their boards of directors.
Who bought shares in BT? How many of you still have them? Not many for most are held by ‘holding companies’ not real companies just profiteering scum.

We are still feeling the murderous and cruel effects of austerity, another huge con by the ‘con’servatives. These profiteering scum gambling our money, lose our money, we pay it back but they then tale the profits they would have had if not lost it all. We then die on the streets and blame the vulnerable for causing austerity.

Fecking wake up folks. We are all humans but the rich and powerful thing they are better earthlings that the rest of us. They see us as cattle to manipulate, torture and yes kill. Our lives are worthless to them yes so many of us perpetuate their control by worshiping their celebrity and praising their power.

This has to stop. This is not how the world should be or needs to be.
Lives are lost every minute of every day through greed, famine brought on by greed, war where greed profits, cruelty for fun and greed. We have probably the most corrupt government in the world and accept it! Even the Italians now laugh at us, and they had Silvio Berlusconi.

We cannot keep turning a blind eye to this. History will remember us as the biggest marks in history, a nation of fools conned out of everything. If you do not directly suffer now, you children and grandchildren definitely will.

For anyone that believes the press

If you are a racist please read.

Ok whether or not its orchestrated to distract or promote border control, anyone crossing the channel in an overcrowded small boat is not a Migrant, they are refugees! Nobody risks their lives to live in the squalor that is Britain right now. And remember you racist fools out there that ‘illegal immigrants’ get no benefits or rights to housing or public funding. They hide from the authorities, often working as slaves or in the sex trade, so if they are stealing your jobs then you really need to gain some ambition.
The only thing any of them gain is a life without bombs being dropped on them, acid raid instead of phosphorous and a bit of polluted lead filled air rather than poison gas.
You choose to believe the establishment proffered propaganda if you wish or have a little think with that small part of your dulled brain you still use.
If a ‘immigrant’ or refugee is caught by the government they will be usually placed in a home office detention centre in appalling conditions. A giant prison for all. They may be interviewed by security forces with little option of a true lawyer or representation. They will be held without any charge or conviction. If they are granted leave to remain they still do not get your precious ‘benefits’ but vouchers and sub standard private housing that no one would ‘choose’ to live in.
Thats the reality you xenophobic sun reading arseholes. If you are jealous of ‘immigrants’ feel free to contact me. You can give me your life savings and anything you own. I will march you across the Brecon Beacons, throw you on a lilo in middle of the Irish sea and if you manage to float to land without drowning, i will pick you up in a cattle wagon and drive you around the country with sixty others, with not even a bucket to piss in then hide you in a damp cellar with a few rats and rotting food. (Might give you a bucket then). If you are really favoured will let you work throughout the winter in my open air carwash for some dodgy bacci and odd can of energy drink.
Then get some burley men in black uniforms to come and take you in handcuffs to the airport and send you straight into the hands of a torturer until he decides you can be executed without too much fuss.
So feel free to let me know if you want to take me up on my offer. Cash only though ta.
Jonesy.

The future of us

Ok Brexit will be life changing one way or another, even if cancelled the repercussions to all in the UK will be huge.

Whatever happens now we are going to have to live within a divided country, where due to years of conservative rule, corrupt media and entertainment/current affairs companies those that have little turn on those who have even less. Where we as a nation look down to lay blame (figure of speech, for those with less are not ever lower than anyone else, we are all humans) and never at those in a stronger power or financial position than ourselves.

People see the sick and disabled, the unemployed and homeless as the drain on societies quaffers, yet ignore the tax avoidance, the tax evasion, the insider dealing, the fraud, the corruption, the nepotism, the gambling with public money, the squandering of budgets on old boy network companies, and yes the cruelty and even genocide doled upon us by those in power, government, corporations, oligarchs and yes the Establishment, those behind all the power.

So many British citizens are supplicant to their imagined masters, why? Due to years of systematic (and would hate to use the term brainwashing) psychological conditioning, subliminal messages, diversionary tactics and blame. The current increase in racism, hate and anti Islam, anti immigration and anti poor, weak and vulnerable is not accidental. It is very contrived. The fact that even when folk are informed of scandals like child abuse, child deaths, illegal war and yes even allegations of sexual assault and rape levelled against MP’s, no one gets angry, heads do not roll, often its not even reported and if it is, just ignored, proves how effective these tactics have been.

I hope some people reading this may yet question their views, see through the lies, and dissemination. I truly do want this.
We as a nation now need to start recognising the truth, pulling together and yes start to stand up and fight for what is important.

We do not need a yellow vest to do this, we do not need to be anarchists, but governance is only workable with the compliance of the people, so let us consider blaming those who deserve our ire, and removing our compliance, stop colluding with their cruelty and corruption.

History is watching, let us not be remembered as the generation that enabled the full oppression of our nation.
So yes Brexit is important however it goes, but the fundamental and even basic rights of each of us, our standard of living and our freedom are even more so

What next? Well thats for us all to decide.

People

People are not property, not objects, not targets or trophies. They are not measures of wealth nor just statistics. They are not ever disposable. They are not material possessions. People are human beings and have a right to as good a life as possible. A right to choice, hope and a future.

This government and its media minions seek to strip society of its humanity, its morals and its obligation to those who are vulnerable and in need.

Men, women nor children are toys for the gratification or amusement of others.
Bullying, oppression, discrimination or slavery are not options in a fair and reasonable society.

Once we realise and accept this maybe we will take the power from those who continue to abuse it, and set our path upon a world of equality and opportunity.

Moped attacks

My view on ramming kids off mopeds and scooters

Firstly why are the inner cities rife with gangs, criminality and violence?

Well when we were young kids were allowed to play out, yes they/we were not always best behaved but that was about developing into adults. If there were more than three of us we were still kids playing out not a ‘street gang’. I am sure there was always that one neighbour that saw us as disruptive but most folk saw us as part of the community, the way life should be, the future.

Now I would love to write this with no politics, but sadly cannot. Things changed massively in Britain due to Thatcherism. Yes there were always ghettos, areas separated due to race, culture and class. Thatcher however brought new levels of hardship to these areas, her policies destroyed not just extended families but communities and society itself. Greed and materialism became the measures of self worth. Britain truly began the road towards a society divided by the haves and have-nots. At the same time technology sprung forward so pressure was placed upon young folk and soon all of us through labelled advertising. Kids being told by corporations that they did not matter unless they wore a certain brand.
Instead of the cool wearing just a black or white T-shirt bought for a few pence on the market or in the Army Navy they were paying £50 for the same shirt with a tick on it.
Now poorer families couldn’t make do and mend, couldn’t hand down clothes, now they had to find huge amounts of money to ensure Billy had the right trainers on.
Thatcherism was capitalism gone mad, and the advent of the internet and gadget world meant advertisers with no moral compass could sell lifestyles to those that already were barely affording to live.
This along with Thatchers use of the police (and likely Army at Orgreave) against anyone standing up against her caused huge rifts that likely will never heal. I was at Warrington when the police threw the braziers into the pickets and charged us. That will never leave me. Any respect I or many others held for the police died then. I respected the system of law but never again those wearing the uniform. Since I have worked for many years closely with the police. Met and knew some damn good officers. But far more not so good and several bloody wicked.
Since Thatcher we have not had a true socialist government in the UK. New Labour were capitalist wearing red. Some of the politicians within New labour tried to stand by their socialist beliefs, some managed this. Others were swallowed into the channeled greed that is Capitalism.
Stripping communities of resources, failing the youth and children leads to unrest. The adults is these communities are already disillusioned, lost their futures. They awake in concrete grey and go to sleep within the same grey. Every day is one. Life has no expectations nor chance of achievement and growth. Yet still the pressure to conform. To wear the right track suit, even underwear. £40 for a pair of boxer shorts.
Add this to all the other costs of just living, such as car insurance of £5,000 for a little hatchback, benefits sanctioned, schools excluding kids rather than working with them, and the cost of losing their hopes and aspirations, their right to a future because people they will never meet steal off them every day of their lives, put them in the gutter without thought, step on them then push them further down into the mire that has become their existence through no more crime than being born into a specific area of ‘Great Britain’.
These kids turn on TV and the only folk they see succeeding are either those born into money or criminals. Which path do we expect them to take?

So no chance of a childhood, no chance of play, a life often of abuse not because of evil parents but parents not coping themselves, no real community outside of their Fagin gangs, only way to survive to become feral and tougher, more violent than anyone else, and we blame them? We are surprised they turn to crime and aggression? They are human and humans are only animals. Any animal will turn if mistreated

Now this does not seek to excuse them. Not to validate their behaviour, for we all have morality and a conscience. Well most of us. We know whats right and wrong, even if the borders become blurred. Yes their actions are desperate and with universal credit, sanctions and the like probably at times are a case of eating or starving, but if society worked there would be safety nets there. Sadly there are now all too few.

So the issue of ramming them off scooters.
Well all I can say is WOW, wow that we even can start to justify this. Wow that the police we employ would undertake it, and wow that we allow people with such low opinion of life to continue being police officers.

Now let’s be clear, if someone is pointing a gun at someone, holding a knife to them or yes aiming a moped at people with the intent of causing harm they have upped the stakes. At that point maximum and even lethal force becomes an option to prevent loss of other life. I get that and agree. Someone pulls a weapon on me and I will use appropriate force to prevent them succeeding in harming me or others.

But…… If someone is using a moped to escape or even just riding on the street without causing an immediate danger to others then there is no excuse to ram them off. I ride a motorbike, as stated have seen the true face of do many police officers, you give them permission to ram any kind of bike you will open the gates to them using it as a ‘normal tactic’.
There is no safe way to knock someone off a bike. The chances are they or some one else will be seriously injured at best but possibly killed. We do not have capital punishment in the UK but by this action we would be creating a Judge Dredd system whereby individual police officers will chose to knock someone off and likely kill them
Now these kids (for they are kids, often 13 and 14) need catching, need sentencing but also need supporting to change their lot. Give communities including policing the resources to investigate crime, track down criminals, the folk within the communities hope and a reason to prevent the criminal behaviour from within.
Going back to my own experience of the police, my informed view of many years of interaction, just how long do you think it will be until they view all bike riders as potential criminals and begin knocking us off because we wear a patch or the type of bike we ride. Here in Derbyshire the Police victimise bikers every year, stopping without cause and setting up road blocks where they just pull bikers.
I do not want to be a target for some Mad Max Cop.
So no not acceptable, yes target the street gangs, but with resources not acts of wanton violence. Eye for an eye is not how our society functions, devalue one life and you devalue us all. And that is too dangerous a path.

Martial Law

To all those that serve in the British Armed Forces. Remember this government continues to forsake ex service personnel. The public still overwhelmingly support your cause and respect you for the often impossible job you do. However if you decide to follow the orders of a prime minister who is out of control, if you obey orders to impose martial law withing any part of the UK, mainland or Northern Ireland, you will not only lose the respect of the people, of your friends and family, you will lose our support in the future. You will be seen as traitors to our society. Vilified by future generations due to your betrayal of the people.

History has made it clear ‘just following orders’ is not a good enough defense, if in doubt read up on all war crimes tribunals since Nurenburg!

Now the order may never come, but you are being used as a threat against the people by a corrupt prime minister.
It will ultimately be your choice, but use the time between now and then to think on what is right, and what is moral. What is in the best interests of your children. Are you dedicated thinking soldiers or just pawns in her vile game of cruelty and murder?

Bleak

I know in the eighties we had the riots in ghettos that consecutive governments and city councils had formed by divisive social housing policy. Well 2019 I truly believe will be the year that Britain sees the worst riots in 38yrs, but this time I suspect it will be middle class, middle England. I think the shires themselves will be the battleground. The Police have been stripped bare to give excuse to send in the military early on.
I am certain that no quarter orders will be issued.
Our head of state, HM Queen Lizzy drippin (in gold) head of the self designated ‘Firm’ may on paper only hold a ceremonial post but likely in reality she is the boss of the most corrupt gang of criminals likely in the world. Her sidekick Phil has already stated his wish to cull the masses.
The current government I am sure are under her orders not that shade of a PM May. All this division and game play may just be a prelude to some real social cleansing, and sad to say maybe we are the proposed victims.
Feel free to argue this, deny any part of it, but guess the only true answers will be made clear by the ultimate judge, time itself.
I hope I am wrong. I truly do, but the dead already being counted in hundreds of thousands here alone lay statement and testament to my not being.
Think on it.
Jonesy.
