Religious hate? No thanks

If I actually was a Christian, which I was officially brought up as, in so much as my school had a Christian Assembly, RE (Religious Education) was Christian focused, and without my consent, and purely due to societies expectations and pressures put upon parents, I was Christened into the Church of England, I would now feel beyond angry and aggrieved that those beliefs had been hijacked by hate filled fascist fanatics and extremists.
That these complete low-life scum were declaring that ‘my god’ not only condoned, supported but even ordered them to hate others because of the deity or prophets they believe in.
Now there is an irony here, insomuch as the actual god that both religions, Christianity and Islam worship, well it is actually the same god. The only differences are language, interpretation and who is telling the story.
Christianity claims Jesus was the ‘son of god’ but Islam makes no claim that Muhammad is God’s son, nor a god himself, but that he was a messenger and prophet.
Despite what extremists upon both sides will shout out, neither belief supports hate, supports violence nor war or terrorism.
Sadly both beliefs, as with all formal religions, have these extremists, people who believe they have some divine right to talk for their god. It is these extremists that are the problem, and their tools are hate, discrimination, fear and threats, whether based in the now, or the supposed afterlife.
Now for me, a person who carries my own beliefs, that are not formal, not devised by others through lessons, through a church or Temple, but from my own thoughts and life experiences, I still feel a level of ire that these hate and bile filled creatures are taking peoples own beliefs, their comfort, their security and culture from them and bastardising it to fit this narrative of division.
The people spouting this horrific immoral rhetoric do not actually believe in the god you do, if they attend any church at all, which many do not its simply for show, to give a faux truth to their foul words.
These people have no interest in your soul, they don’t truly believe in any gods beyond greed, celebrity and the tools of hate such as division and fear.
Yes there are Muslim Paedophiles, there are also white, Christian, Catholic, Protestant, Methodist, even Quaker Paedophiles, I doubt their is any religion or non religion that can claim not to have such offenders.
And yes there are Muslim grooming gangs, as there are again Christian ones, as a Social Worker with many years of experience in Child Protection, I know of many very organised gangs, communities and even huge families that groom, abuse and even kill children, including extremely young babies.
Sadly when you point this out to the haters, their response is always, “well there are more Muslims doing it than ‘white’ people”.
Actually that’s not likely to be in any way correct, their statements also display their confusion, and destroy their arguments that they are not technically racist, because Islam is not a race, however they in this one sentence admit that they see Islam as an Asian religion,  and do not recognise that there are ‘white’ Muslims, therefore they are actually racists.
That again confuses me a little, that they are so offended when outed, and then called racist, despite that being exactly the label they truly carry with their twisted pride.
Now again, I definitely no longer describe myself as religious, and certainly not a Christian,  for if I did, I would see myself as a hypocrite,  but if you are someone who takes comfort and pride in your personal beliefs, maybe you should feel anger, and it should be firmly aimed at those  perverting your belief base as a tool to further these vile plans to divide us all. Focus that anger on the puppet masters of these corrupt immoral people who are absolutely intent upon their goal to destroy your friendships, families and communities, purely in order for their actual paymasters being able to exert more control over all the people. A nation so divided by fear and hate, folk so weakened by that division, that even when things become unliveable, freedoms and rights are stolen. A society where poverty becomes so extreme that it takes many more lives than we are currently told it does. Where we as the citizenship of Britain become so restricted by new laws and legislation, oppressive laws which we have given them free reign to write into the unwritten constitution of the United Kingdom, that means we can no longer think certain thoughts never mind even be allowed to speak freely,
These actions use your beliefs in such a way they are purely to divert the peoples attention away from the true causation of the poverty, the struggles, the unemployment, the hate, the aggression, the violence,  are to protect those really in control, the ones who own these heroes of fascism  such as Farage, Robinson, Lowe, Hopkins, to stop you, us,  standing against murder, cruelty, abuse, expansionism, oppression and genocide.
All of their tactics are measured, organised and controlled by people far brighter than Farage, Robinson and those previously named.
Now I am likely someone you have never met, many if not all reading this will not know my story, though some may do.
If you are on TikTok, Facebook, X, Youtube, or any other social media, there will be many influencers attempting to make you think a certain way. There will be people claiming to be all sorts of folk. There will be those describing themselves as experts, academics, philosophers, life coaches, even Guru’s and political or religious leaders giving you a version of what they will tell you is the verbatim truth. Many will do this to build upon your anger and mistrust of anyone different to yourself. There may be some that describe themselves as former ‘Christians’ or former ‘Muslims’ and make out that they had been indoctrinated into a cult, some in extreme situations may actually have been, certainly groomed or controlled by extremists, others will be using a fake background to draw you into the way they want you to think.
All I can say is I am no religious expert. In my youth I did read a little of the bible, a little of the Quran, took a passing interest in other beliefs, but am not well read on any. The one thing I will say is the most violent thing I did read was “an eye for an eye” but even that was not calling people to attack others, my view was that its a warning not an expectation.  The other parts of the bible were teachings not instructions or orders, and I saw the same in the Quran, no demands for violence, no call to arms or war.
I was reading with an open mind, I chose to read what I did and had no one with reason for anger, fear or revenge interpreting them to me.
I do see religious writings including the bible and in particular the commandments as a form of social control. A way to keep society operating upon some level, and if needed a tool to quell uprisings.
My personal view is if there were a god, why would that being want its ‘creations’ to set about destroying the other creations, it makes no sense to me.
What does make sense is that we now should be living in a world where there are no slaves and no masters. A world where billionaires do not exist, where people can strive to improve their lives, but where all,  globally, have a good basic standard of living. Party politics to me is now irrelevant, as all parties are owned by the same billionaires,  corporations and sadly foreign powers.
Nationalist politics should be irrelevant too, we should at this stage of evolution and  development as a species be beyond kings, emperors, leaders, corporate directors, and rulers. There should not be a careerist class of politicians, no bribery nor corruption.
We should be fighting to preserve our world as a world.
There is no need for poverty, for starvation, for deaths due to drought, pollution, hunger and definitely not war.
We should be living in a world where common sense is no longer so rare.
So all I ask is if you read my words, question them, and if you don’t agree with them seek out your own truths, but draw on your experiences, and if you are scared of a different community, culture or religion, reach out, visit them, speak to them.
The simple way to abolish all this hate is get to know those others we share this reality with.
It truly is that simple.
